Welcome To The Executive Office Of Governor David Rivera. Rivera has served as the 46th Governor Of New Shire since July 28, 2025, after serving as the 26th Lieutenant Governor under then governor Lynn Rodgers. 

As Lt. Governor, he focused on important issues facing the people of the state. He championed the LGBTQ community and focused on increasing the spending for programs aimed towards the LGBTQ community.

As Governor, he has vowed to fight discriminatory policies of the federal government and has vowed to enshrine the rights of LGBTQ Jesstopians into the State's constitution.
