In her plan, she outlined how more Interstate systems and Highway systems would allow more traffic to move through the city, thus increasing the amount of Revenue North Point's government gets. She also addressed the State's proposal to establish six new Interstate systems.

"We are investing in our road infrastructure and we hope to have six new interstates started by the end of 2026. The purpose of this visit it to describe what we have planned and how it will affect the great people of North Point. Infrastructure plays a major part in how people get to and from this great city," said Governor Rodgers.  "We are always in need of updated and repaired roads and interstates are no exception. We are investing in a strong infrastructure expedenture account, to allow all repairs to be done and funding for it to be reserved in special infrastructure financial accounts. The cost of these constructions will be discussed in the State legislature."

Governor Rodgers outlined the following three point plan to ensure a continuation of progress. The three point plan includes the Planning and Development phase, the ground breaking phase, then the completion and opening phase of the new interstates. In total the plan includes a timeframe and timespan of around 2-5 years and a continuation of construction into the future.

The construction proposals will take about 6 months to one year, and proposals generally don't get approved for about 1 - 2 years as it must wait to be approved by the State Legislature. She also laid out a business model that will see the rise in shopping and residential buildings around the road infrastructure.
